Utilizando el servicio de Roaming con Digicel, te permite hacer y recibir llamadas, así como proporcionar los servicios complementarios con tu teléfono móvil en las redes de los operadores que tienen acuerdos de roaming internacional con Digicel mientras viaja por el extranjero.
Para utilizar tu teléfono móvil con Digicel en El Salvador, se debe tener una frecuencia compatible con nuestra red, y tu operador de origen debe tener un acuerdo Roaming con Digicel.

Si no te conectas automáticamente a la red de Digicel, intenta la selección de red manualmente. Simplemente enciende tu teléfono móvil cuando estés en El Salvador, y te mostrará las redes disponibles para que siempre estés comunicado.

¿Cómo seleccionar manualmente la Red de Digicel?
En caso de seleccionar la red manualmente, puede seguir los siguientes pasos. (Este procedimiento puede variar de acuerdo a tu Teléfono):

*Nota: Si tienes cualquier duda puedes leer la guía del usuario de tu teléfono para la selección de una red móvil.
Una vez que "Digicel" se muestra en la pantalla, estas inmediatamente conectado con nuestra Red!

International Visitors

Using the Digicel Roaming service, you shall be allowed to make and receive any calls as well as other supplementary services with your mobile phone in the GSM operator’s networks that have international roaming agreements with Digicel while traveling in abroad. 
To use your mobile phone, it must have a frequency compatible with the territory you’re heading to and your home operator must have a roaming agreement with Digicel.

Your mobile phone does not necessarily connect automatically to Digicel’s network. In this case, to use our network you may have to connect it manually.  Simply switch on your mobile phone when you arrive in El Salvador and your phone will search for available networks. If you want enjoy our excellent GSM national coverage, you can select the Digicel’s network manually.

How to select manually Digicel’s network?
In case of selecting the network manually, you can follow the next steps. (This procedure will vary according to your handset)

Once "Digicel" is displayed on your screen you are connected to our network!
